The driver will send you a text (if mobile number provided) that he has arrived at your pick up point. If you do not make it to our car by 15 minutes we will try to call you on the number provided at the time of your booking. If we are unable to make contact, then our driver will pull out from the pick up point after 20 minutes of the original booking time.
Any excess waiting time is chargeable at £20 .00 per hour in 15 minute segments.
